Earning Points

1. Standard Points
   • Earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible orders.
   • Points are credited after order completion (excluding canceled/returned items).
2. Bonus Points (Promotions)
   • During special events, extra points may be awarded. These will be added post-order completion.
3. Points Deduction
   • If an order is returned, points earned from that order will be automatically deducted.

Important Notes

• External Purchases: Bought from other platforms? Click here to redeem your points manually.
• No Expiration: Your points will never expire as long as your account remains active.
• Mokah Stone reserves the right to adjust points rules with prior notice.
